I Miss the City of the Sun

One day, I wondered what it must have felt like to be the daughter of the most powerful priest in ancient Egypt and to find out you are to become the wife of a foreigner, a slave, formerly imprisoned on charges of attempted rape. I wrote a story about it, in the form of a letter. I am pleased to report that the literary journal, Agape Review, has published it.
